TUITION AND FEES

CLASSES ARE BILLED MONTHLY FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY.

Dance payments will either be deducted on the 1st, 10th, or 15th of each month. You may designate your payment date by logging in to your parent portal at the link above. If no date is designated, payment will automatically be deducted on the 15th of the month.
Fee Structure:
30 minute classes: $45/month
45 minute classes: $60/month
60+ minute classes: $75/month
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Nutcracker Participation Fee: $25 (due October 1)
Spring Recital Costume Fee: $80 per class (due March 1, does not include ballet classes, tumbling classes, and technique classes)
All payments made are non-refundable. Monthly payments are not prorated to account for holiday and other special breaks. Monthly payments may not be prorated for missed classes or illness.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES:
Dancer's who wish to discontinue services at Reign Dance Studios must notify the front desk. A month notice must be given before payments will be stopped. No payments are refundable.
SAFER STUDIO CERTIFIED
RDS requires all staff and students to stay home when they are ill. In order to reduce community spread of Coronavirus, we follow best practices and recommendations from our local health department and from our industry associations, More Than Just Great Dancing!® and Youth Protection Advocates in Dance. RDS understands that unlike older children and adults, young children cannot be expected to maintain social distancing at all times. Therefore RDS focuses on a hierarchy of measures beginning with keeping ill people home, followed by frequent hand cleaning and good hygiene practices, amplified cleaning, and curricular and facility adaptations to minimize contact and mingling where possible. All studio classes are backed up on an online learning platform. In the event a class is unable to be held at the studio classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume.
CURRENT RDS COVID PROTOCOL:
Masks are highly recomended. Social distancing will be encouraged in classes. Students will start each class with sanitizing hands and the studio will be sanitized at the conclusion of classes every evening.
RDS reserves the right to change and update protocol at any point in time. Parents will be notified via email, the private facebook group, and on our website.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and a social media post made by 2pm if classes are canceled (by 8am for morning classes). Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin. Classes will not offer a make up. A credit may be put on accounts if more than 2 of the same class in one month are missed.
LOST AND FOUND AND SECURITY
• A lost and found basket is located in the lobby. Please check the lost and found basket regularly as all lost and found items are donated to Goodwill on the 15th of each month.
• Security cameras are located in public areas for safety and security. RDS does not make security or video data available to students or parents.
• RDS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do not leave belongings unattended.
